The One Heart Warriors leadership program aims to identify, equip, and support leaders by providing educational programs, leadership development and discipleship training. Our goal is to empower each warrior to move forward with strength and direction. The program follows a “total health” approach and covers five pillars of leadership: physical, spiritual, mental, relational and financial.

One Heart Warriors partners with organizations, leaders, and communities who have a desire to see Native communities thrive.
Leadership Programs
Training Program-
A live-in leadership development program where residents receive intentional guidance, relational support, and practical tools to grow in leadership, resilience, purpose and personal responsibility.
The program is designed to foster lasting transformation and healthy leadership from the inside out.
Fuel session – Billings
Fuel session – Lodge Grass
A welcoming space for community members to connect, build relationships, and grow in leadership over a cup of coffee.
COMING UP – Trade school in Lodge Grass
The Trade School will equip local individuals with practical trade skills and leadership development. Tools for long-term employment and self-sufficiency.
Community Outreach
One Heart Warriors collaborates with local organizations to bring events such as carnivals, camps, community clean-ups, and more to Native communities.
Through presence, partnership, and shared experience, these gatherings strengthen connections while honoring communities.

Lodge Grass Project
One of our very own One Heart Warriors has become the Mayor of Lodge Grass. Mayor Quincy Dabney has a vision to restore the town back to a vibrant community. We have commited to partnering with Mayor Quincy and have many inspiring projects coming in the near future.

We are constantly finding new ways to connect with people like you who have a heart to see change in our world. The mission of One Heart Warriors can’t be completed without a strong community of people working together. We are setting high goals this year to reach more people than ever before.
Little Warriors
We are convinced that if we want to see a nation change you must have a vision for the children. We believe the children are the key to a successful future. We are currently developing a program that will serve the children on the reservation in a fun and unique way. Planning this program is so much fun. We can’t wait until this becomes a reality.
